Summer Portugal Retreat

Jess Ray and I are headed to Portugal for 6 days and 5 nights to host a Summer getaway in Santarém! I am so excited to co-host this retreat with her. Jess is a true master in her craft. She is my favorite teacher to learn from and laugh with. If you don't already know, you will! Your life will be changed after practicing with her.
As the waitlist for our Winter retreat in Oaxaca continued to grow, we realized we needed another escape to look forward to! We decided that Quinta Carvalhas was the perfect destination for our second Yoga and Pilates retreat of 2025! Located in the countryside of Portugal,1 hour from Lisbon, Quinta Carvalhas is a beautifully restored 150 year luxury farm stay with acres of land dedicated to providing safe shelter for their beloved horses, mini Shetlands (omg!), and dogs. We will spend our days moving our bodies, enjoying the sunshine, interacting with the animals on site, and exploring everything the property has to offer.
In addition to Yoga and Pilates taught by Jess and myself each day, the Green Farm will provide food grown, prepared, and served on site by the center's incredible team. Expect fresh and delicious vegetarian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with unlimited coffee (duh) & tea. We'll also make sure to head to the coast for an optional beach day together as a group! I can't wait to relish in a rejuvenating week together amidst the Portuguese countryside!
