Costa Rica Retreat

Join Shelby Lauren and myself for 6 days and 5 nights in Costa Rica for a fall retreat experience like no other. I have learned so much about building strength from Shelby and I am thrilled that we will be able to share these techniques with our retreaters! We'll be taking respite at the most beautiful villa in Guanacaste Province. Lovingly known as the region's "Gold Coast," we are surrounded by breathtaking beaches, lush greenery, and natural reserves.
Our villa is equipped with the most beautiful terrace, pool, and daybeds. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C and a private ensuite bathroom. We have access to amazing amenities including a beach club, an 18-hole golf course, and a fitness facility. Additional activities like snorkeling, surfing, and horseback riding can be arranged in advance or upon arrival!
You can expect one group mat Pilates class per day with Emmie and some one-on-one time with Shelby to optimize your health and fitness routine. In between all that we'll lounge on the beach, read, giggle, and enjoy the Costa Rican sunshine!
